Future Energy Service and Publishing (FESP) is an independent publisher owned by scientists. The goal of this small company is to provide a fair platform for scientists/scholars to run their own journals, and impact the scientific areas with our enthusiasm and efforts.
FESP was officially registered at the State of North Carolina, United States in October 2014. Currently, business activities of FESP include publishing the Trends in Renewable Energy, consulting services to local bioenergy companies, and publishing books through partnerships with other publishers. FESP is a member of following organizations:
History of this website: TheFutureEnergy.org was originally established in 2006, and dedicated to reporting the development of renewable energy. The first-generation website was composed of static pages. The version 2.0 was built with Joomla, and launched in 2007. The database of Version 2.0 was destroyed in 2013, due to a server migration. We learned a good lesson of long-term data preservation, and knew how important to have the Data Management Plan in place.
